Best of 2019

Here are 16 of my favorite outfits of 2019. I haven't been blogging lately but starting this February I'll be capturing my looks once again.

Movies April 2019

I didn't see a ton of movies this month, I only saw 12 and that's 30 less than last year. It's probably because of the good weather we'd been having and all the outdoorsy stuff I did instead.

My top three goes like this:
3) 'Fighting with my family': A true story about the making of Paige, WWE wrestler.
2) 'Homecoming': A documentary by and staring Beyoncé.
1) 'Us': A horror about doppelgangers that keeps you guessing.

I saw the 11th season of 'Will & Grace', the second season of 'Legends of tomorrow', the sixth season of 'Drunk History', the 11th season of 'The big bang theory' and season two and three of 'Queer eye'.

'Drunk History' is always interesting and witty and they get surprisingly big names to act out the stories.
'Queer eye' is an uplifting show about helping people be the best version of themselves.

Movies March 2019

My favorite movies this month where:
3) Galaxy Quest: Couldn't believe I hadn't seen this hilarious SciFi movie before.
It's really up my alley.
2) The secret life of Walter Mitty: A feel good movie about selfgrowth.
1) Widows: A powerhouse cast and wonderfully filmed.
I saw 6 series this month.
I would recommend 'The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel' to anyone and I can't wait for the second season.
I saw the third season of 'peepshow' which inspired me to watch 'Back'. It's the same dry uncomfortable British humor.
I also saw Michael Palin's North Korea documentary which I found informative and charming.
Rizzoli & Isles (series three) is a guilty pleasure of mine. Who doesn't like kickass women?
Finally I saw the ABC Murders because of Rupert Grint and I loved it.

Movies February 2019

I saw 37 movies last month, that's one less then the year before.
But I saw some really great ones. How to train your dragon 3 and Mary Queen of Scots where
tremendous.
My top three:

3) The favourite: It's a clever movie. Olivia Colman is whimsical and intense and the camera work is groundbreaking for a period film.
2) The guilty: A story trough several phone conversations. You get drawn into it like reading a good book.
1) At eternity's gate: The best adaptation about Vincent Van Gogh's life I've seen. It made me want to paint again. The movie makes you see the world trough Vincent's eyes.

There was one serie I binged from start to finish:
'The umbrella academy'. I watched it because Robert Sheehan made quite an impression on me as Nathan in the television series 'Misfits' and this role looked quite similar. He did not disappoint. Nor did the movie actress Ellen Page

Movies Januari 2019

I saw 59 movies this month. I always pick up slack when the Academy Awards are approaching. I also feel extra motivated because I have the data from 2018 to compare with and I watched 6 movies more than last year.
My top three are:
3) 'Swimming with men': It's based on a true story and it's very heart warming. Also one of the few sport movies I really found myself rooting for the team.
2) 'Shirkers': A documentary about a film that was made 20 years ago but only recently resurfaced.
1) 'Greenbook': This movie, based on a true story, is wonderfully portrayed by the main actors. It's a must see film about dignity and friendship.
I also saw three series (same amount as last year) but I only would recommend 'The people vs
OJ Simpson': It's impressively casted and convincingly portrayed. It's also thrilling although everyone already knows how it ends.
